2010 Assessment Statements were mailed out December 8, 2009 and were due
January 1st, 2010.

Late Fees in 2010 Will Apply to Accounts with Assessment Balances as Follows:
*1st Qtr. Late Fee: February 1, 2010 @ 8:00am
*2nd Qtr. Late Fee: April 1, 2010 @ 8:00am
*3rd Qtr. Late Fee: July 1, 2010 @ 8:00am
(accounts w/outstanding Assessment balances will be sent to collections early to mid-July)
*4th Qtr. Late Fee: October 1, 2010 @ 8:00am
