Facilities

Facilities are available for use by POA members in good standing and are available:

Monday-Thursday 8am to 11pm
Friday 8am to Midnight
Saturday 10am to Midnight
Sunday 10am to 11pm

To reserve a facility, please download and complete the 2010 Facility Request Form. After completing the form, you can email it to rick@lvpoa.org. To do this you must scan the form in and send it as an attachment. You may also mail it to us or bring it to the office. Mailing address: PO Box 4766 Lago Vista, TX 78645.

As a reminder the date will not be recorded as reserved until we recieve the completed form and the Facility Manager has had an opportunity to review your completed form with you to ensure that we can meet your expectations. Once your request is approved, you will be provided a confirmation of your reservation.

Please note: The Grande Pavilion is operated as a building and requires the 2010 Facility Request form to reserve and not the Pavilion Request Form.
