It has solar lighting and 3 generators. 1 generator is dedicated to the
pump so there is running water when you turn on that generator! Call

Make sure you display your membership sticker at all times in our parks. The Park Rangers will be coming around to check all vehicles. Vehicles without a sticker or hangtag will be presumed trespassers and asked to leave or towed.

SLIP RENTER INFO:
Having
work done on your boat? It is your responsibility to accompany anybody you have hired to do work on your boat. The LVPOA will not issue access cards to any contractors without prior arrangements made by you, and only then if there is sufficient reason that you cannot be there yourself.
We do not have the staff to accompany contractors to and from your boat in your place.
You must contact us to let us know there will be an authorized service person on the marinas. You may call at 267-2895 or you may email at office@lvpoa.org
We will need to know who you hired, when they will be there and why you are unable to accompany them.
The LCRA has put a patrol boat in our marina. This will make our cove and our marinas even harder to steal from!
