The LRPC survey
taken in 2007 did not
ask "What should be done in the event that the Bar-K flooded?" Restoring
it to its original condition in the flood plain is not an
acceptable option. After several months the Association is considering
three options that will occupy the Bar-K foot print.
To make an informed choice please consider the following information:

- Association holds the note and owns the amenity
